Wrong information in ARIS Cloud Portal

Hi,

We noticed the following problem when using ARIS Cloud Basic edition.

When deleting object occurrences from models, the connection occurrences are deleted successfully. However, the connection definitions remain  in the database. For example, if I have created an EPC where the role "Customer Representative" carries out "Function 1" and "Function 2", if I delete function 1 from the model, when I go to the Portal view and select the role "Customer Representative" I see that is connected with "Function 1" and "Function 2" which is wrong.

This happens because the database is not reorganized? How can this be resolved? Can we ask ARIS Cloud Support to reorganize the database?
