Hi,
after the last updating, I've noticed that now is required a password to access the Aris Document Storage: when I click on the link attribute of a document instead of the document itself, it opened a page for the login in the Aris Document Storage. I entered the username and password used for the access to Aris Cloud but they doesn't work and I received the message "The principal is blocked".
What can I do?

since the new version of Aris Cloud has been released we have ecountered this problem: the pdf report for the graphic is not available.
We tried to change also the browser (Mozzilla, Chrome, Explorer) but the result is the same, it doesn’t work.
The problem is present in several “rooms”.
We need a quick solution for this problem.

When I linked a model to an object using the link symbol on the toolbar, the repository showed an old, out of date name for the model for me to select from. When I opened it in Aris Cloud, the old model name was shown and not the new one. There is an error therefore in that when a model name is changed, the repository does not reflect this change. See below: 'Perform New Starter Pre Screening Checks' was an old name for this model. The current name of the file as it was uploaded from Aris Express is 'S Perform New Starter Pre Employment Checks'
ARIS Cloud 10 SR 2 welcomes you with a new tidy home view and you can quickly navigate to your sections of interest.
ARIS Cloud can be used for several use cases, such as an enterprise management system (EMS) or a quality management system and it is important to provide an appealing interface to all the employees working with ARIS Cloud.
People are now welcomed with a personalized welcome message, a new side panel and with a redesigned quick start launcher.
Some additional quick starts have also been added to the quick start launcher and it can be configured or customized through the Self-Service Configuration. From here the users can quickly navigate into the sections they are interested in (e.g. My content).
The Home View is an option. This means that customers that already have a configured Home View will still have their familiar start page.
These improvements are also available in ARIS Cloud Enterprise 10 SR2 and ARIS Connect 10 SR2.
With the new view generation, you can simply change the view of a process model or create swim lanes to meet the different needs of use-cases.
You can choose predefined views or configure using the criteria Details, Group by and Layout.
A view is a temporary representation of a model. Views are not persistent. The following is possible with the View generation:

When creating a new model and choosing a text annotation we can't format text (bold, italic, font color anything). But when using downloaded ARIS designer client you are able to change the text.
Is their some kind of setting that is wrong?

I a trying to simulate a process using the Enterprise BPMN model in ARIS cloud.
With the number of lanes, such as Organisation unit, Role and Group, we are getting confused about each lane's properties.
Could any of you help us by defining the properties of these lanes.

I've been messing around getting used to the the UIs (is that the full UI for the free 30 day trial version?)
Working in the database view and accidently deleted the wrong Model, Doh! any easy way to recover it ?
Ok so will recreate the view as the objects are still in the database. I can see that I add them manually by dragging a type onto a view and start adding its name at which point it autofills and allows me to select the existing object, thats good, is there any way to say cut and paste multiple items from the database view to the model? I have tried and failed and get empty clipboard message.
Also once the items are added is there a quick way to recreate all the connections?

User created new folder and copy/pasted models and content from another folder to new folder, then deleted the contents from the copy source. The models in the new folder open ok; however, all the functions, etc. to the model (that were copied over) are not appearing in the model.
Is it possible to restore to a previous version for a given folder? Not the entire database.
Or is there a way to reestablish the models relationships with the objects?

I started my trial subscription almost 30 days back. My organization purchased paid subscription and the admin has enabled full subscription for me. This was 3-4 days back, I haven't received welcome email or any other communication to convert my trial subscription to regular subscription. Who should I contact to resolve this issue?

I have a number of EPCs I need to link together. I have tried using the assignment function, but only see the options to create a new assignment or delete an existing one. How do I assign an existing model or diagram to a selected diagram object? I also noticed that when a new assignment was created, the resulting diagram was not stored in the same database - where are newly created models stored when generated using the assignment function?

I have defined an attribute type that contains a list of values. The source of these values is an other system. In the standard user interface of the administrator I mis a feature to import/update a list of values. Had somebody solved this allready?

Ich Arbeite schon seit einigen Monaten mit ARIS und habe nun das Problem das ARIS nicht startet.
Ich benutze einen LOKALEN Server und habe eine Lizenz seitens meiner Hochschule.
es Ladet nur bis zur hälfte und gibt mir dann eine Fehlermeldun "Der Lokale server kann nicht gestartet werden"
Dieses Problem habe ich schon zum 2 mal, und eine Deinstallation kommt für mich nicht in Frage.
Ich vermute das es daran liegt das Aris nicht ordentlich heruntergefahren wurde.
Bin für jede Hilfe dankbar!
