ARIS Cloud Metrics
Is there any way to report on ARIS Cloud database metrics such as:
- Number of Models
- Type of Model
- Model Owner
- Last Update Date
I realize this information is available for each model but is there a way to create a report for an entire database such that the report "walks down" the entire database hierarchy?
We are using ARIS Cloud Advanced Edition and we have some reporting capabilities in the ARIS Cloud Administration application (a limited version of Designer / Architect).

I seem to have lost all the information in my diagrams and some complete diagrams
I am using ARIS Cloud (Trial) and since Monday the 14th all the information inside each object in my diagrams has disappeared. Some more input on my problem:
1. The groups information has also been lost, so now I have no classification in my database
2. Some complete diagrams have simply disappeared. I had Enterprise Collaboration BPMN diagrams and Customer Journey diagrams
3. I created all these diagrams with an expert database, since I had all the diagram types available, but now I can only create 4 basic diagrams
Question 1: Could this have to do with the maintenance warning posted in Aris Cloud ("... we plan some maintenance operations for the ARIS Cloud from the 12th of November until the 19th of November...")?
Fact: I did create a new database which I deleted afterwards and it looks like the initial database changed to a basic mode
Question 2: Being in a trial period, can I do some Export of my database so I don't loose the information? We are considering the update from 9.7 to 9.8 or even ARIS Connect and I would like to keep the diagrams I created in ARIS Cloud, but I don't have an option to Export.

Business Process Modelling with ARIS - Figure 20.1
ARIS Support,
On page 483 of the Business Process Modeling with ARIS practical guide, there is a example guide sheet that is very difficult to read.
It's Figure 20.1 Example Guide Sheet titled:
"Guide Sheet Process Capture with ARIS"
How can I obtain a readable copy of this guide sheet?

ARIS Cloud issues
I have a couple of issues with ARIS Cloud:
1) For one of my rooms I cannot change my password.
2) Yesterday. I created two models (BPMN and Enterprise BPNM models). Today they are gone. Any idea what happend/how to recover them (if possible)?
3) I tried to move artifacts to a different folder, but without any success. Anything that I miss/suggestions?

Need Help for ARIS 9.6 to 9.8 upgrade
Hi,
Currently We are using ARIS 9.6. We have been informed that EOM (End Of Maintenence) for v9.6 is 30-Apr-2017.
We are planning to upgrade it to latest version v9.8.
Could someone please guide me with the list of instructions and process to be followed for this upgrade ?

Increasing the character limit for an attribute
Hi,
The model attribute in our project room seems to have a limit of 10 characters. When entering information I get the message "The maximum number of characters allowed for the attribute has been exceeded. Please shorten your input".
As most of our models exceed this limit, how do I go about increasing the number of characters allowed for an attribute.

Process Interface, connect to EPC processes.
Hi,
how can I connect same level EPC processes?
1st process ends with event X.
2nd process starts with event X.
What Aris Cloud Advanced functionality can I use in order to connect these 2 processes? I read about process interface, but it's not clear how to use it.
Can you attach screenshots, please?

Text do not fit in blocks, text formatting
Hi,
Can you help me, please? Why Aris show text in blocks in Edit mode, View mode, PDF files in different ways?

Text do not fit the block, and part of the text is hidden in pdf or reports.
I use Tahoma 9 as a default font and still struggle to fit text in blocks.
1. Can I make borders (margins) minimal?
2. What approach do you use to fit text in blocks?

Translating the courses to Arabic
Dear Sir,
I love your online courses, and I wish if you dont mind to cooperate together in order to translate the contents of these online course to Arabic language. This will increase the number of viewers and beneficial users. SoftwareAG is now required by government of UAE, although it is an English user interface but it is also can be used by Arabs world if guidance instructions are scripted in Arabic language.
What do you think, shall we work together?

Import a custom filter from ARIS on-premise to ARIS Cloud Advanced
We are migrating one of our projects from on-premise ARIS Design 9.8SR7 server instance to ARIS Cloud Advanced.
I have admin access to ARIS Cloud Administrator and I wanted to import custom filters (Symbols, Attributes, Derived model types) and templates prior to the database import. However I am getting following message: To import the file you must have the 'ARIS Access' license privilege.
Firstly, how do I get ARIS Access license because in user management I can see only Designer and Viewer license and Administrator privilege.
Secondly, if the ARIS Access license is required but not available what is the option Import filter for?

Massive translation
I'm ad Aris Cloud user since 2011. At that time only few languages were active.
Right now, Aris Cloud has improved and improved, adding more languages like Italian.
So, we would like to transfer all the attribute description from EN to IT language, just transfer it, in order to have Aris Cloud in IT languages.
Is it possible to get it by myself or do I need support from Aris Cloud team?
